Why is the sewers of the world so inadequate? Because politicians keep kicking the can down the road, They KNOW they will LONG be out of office and dead and buried and they made THEIR money when the time to pay the piper. It's the same story with our water lines, gas lines, roads and bridges. Defer maintenance and use the money for other PORK PROJECTS.
No matter where you are, flushing anything aside to your poop, urine and soapy water are stupid idea. Only privileged undisciplined people will force anything to the toilet. You better educate and discipline your spoiled bratty kids too!
Damn, a whole country of people eating Indian food, no wonder their sewers are rekt.
Hello
Muy buenos
Muy buena
An mejorado los sistemas
I did that for a while I have story's some are very funny some are not Total respect to the people that are still doing it glad about the robot doing it now.😊
some clean is better than no clean. worst case
It doesnt matter if a job can be done better by a robot. It comes down to cost. And people are cheap unfortunately.
Well this is good but unfortunately it's not enough. These sewer systems are simply too old and obsolete to continue with in these modern times and with such an exploding population. People cannot fully fathom the amount of maintenance needed for the aged infrstructure of these cities and at some point you reach a plateau.
Shitty doc.
Of course every worker is going to say the robot does it way faster and it’s better and cheaper. Who would say “nah that robot is no good, I can clean out poop way faster”
To beer! 🍺🍻
i think i don,t wanna smell that shit
4:40 very helpful subtitles. He is speaking Arabic.
I'm very happy to see they are training former scavengers to use these robots (they know the sewers better than anyone else) hopefully people will give them more respect. It still looks like a pretty "shitty" job though...I hope it pays well.
Ya but these guys need the money for there families
I hope this takes over in India, India is filthy.
I was dealing with all types of floods inside people's houses. I worked for a water removal company. We got to the point that we had to tell customers that we do not recommend flushing wet wipes even if it says on the package that it's safe to and even if the plumber says you can but only if the package says you can. Just don't flush them at all.
Prime example of flourishing Tech start-up ecosystem in the state of Kerala. Proud of state sponsored 'Start up mission' .
5:25 My god he just dive in there without any protective gear!
indians are soo dirrty man
The problem with recycling human waste is chemical contamination.
what a horrible situation to be in
only 45 times more expensive
the poop-eye view at the end Insider....
Diving into poop water with little to no gear, jeez what a job. And i thought my job was bad🤣
Can Robots XYZ better than humans? Yes. Yes.
Being a sewer cleaner would be rough.. being a sewer cleaner in INDIA..my guy, thats a death sentence.
For sure they will never do this in the Philippines. It's way too corrupt, and people are too stubborn. They're afraid of technology.
Yup and I believe that is when we have a chance to get everyone growing food and helping to work. Also any industries we need them in but food and water needs to explode. We need to get everyone farming again fir their countries honestly.
Noice
Poop is expensive!
Работа для роззиян
There's gold in them sewer!
Toilets could have a 'blend before flush' system
imagine coming home everyday day smelling like literal shit
What's more depressing is that there are people who are rather sad losing that job rather than prioritizing their safety. That's literally a deadly job without any sort of advantages.
Bruh I can't even look in my shower drain without gagging
Go robots! ❤️🤖
Just seems like a bandicoot sponsored video.
I'd take more care in what I flush if council rates were reasonable but since they want to keep ripping us off every single year, I'll keep flushing baby wipes!
Male privilege:
NOOO, Don't let them take my job away!! It should be me down there in the shit
Jesus I hope so.
depopulate problem solved
This could be torture to dive in that water???
cost of labourer india $0.01/day. Cost of robot from USA company $80k initial cost + $5k/yr for maintanence. You do the math.
That’s good. Just send a indian down there and tell him it’s the Ganges
